blue beard

"blue beard" (digital) so, is this actually considered fan art? (laughing)

i always loved the name "blue beard" and thought it would be groovy to depict this pirate with an actual blue beard. i like the way this piece turned out...for many reasons, but one thing my eye keeps dancing over is the leathery, softness of his hat. (yaaaaaar.)
